Indulge in their affordable 3 Course Lunch Menu for only $39++/pax. Each dish is the fusion of pure passion, uses fresh ingredients and the utmost in quality! They have 4 choices to choose from for their Appetizers & Mains! We chose Hokkaido Scallop (Appetizers) additional $8, Chilean Seabass (Main), Lemon (Dessert). The Hokkaido Scallop is so fresh, smooth and just melts in your mouth! Served with Risoni, Seaweed Butter, Turnip Leaf! We hadn’t had a scallop that taste so good before! Chilean Seabass was fantastic too!! Pan-seared crispy on the outside but super soft on the inside! It’s even more flavourful with the Mushroom Ragout and Yuzu Butter! Lemon Dessert was super refreshing and light! It has Umeshu, lavender and Mint.
