Each plate of Hokkien mee is fried with passion, love and has a strong taste of wok-hei to it! It’s version is a little wet, with noodles fried fragrantly in a rich stock gravy and ingredients all fully infused in it! They only uses the fresh ingredients and are generous with it, every $4 plate has 2 prawns, cuttlefish, pork belly and our favourite, crispy pork lard! Chilli lovers will have to try their specialty home made spicy belachan chilli, that’s goes so well with it!
