The Roast Pork Belly has very thin fats unlike the usuals, thus its not so oily.. the skin is very crispy and you can hear the crunch sound as you bites on it! Its that crispy! Char Siew were tender, well marinated and juicy! These black gravy aren’t too thick and sweet for our liking! It’s perfectly savoury!
