Sanpoutei Ramen. 2nd outlet located at Shaw House, 350 Orchard Road #B1-04/05, Singapore 238868. W Soup Tonkotsu Ramen with flavored soft boiled egg, $17. They are always greeted with long Q and today we shall walk in to try their ramen! This W Soup Tonkotsu ramen caught our attention as they simmer their rich broth for 12 hours! First thing we did was to taste their soup, indeed broth is rich and Tonkotsu flavouring game was strong🏼! Noodles was a little flatter and wider than usual ramen but it has great texture too, totally infused with the tasty broth! Both Aburi Chashu and flavored egg didn’t disappoint us too!
