I’m a super hardcore Fried Hokkien Mee Fan so I decided to give this a try since I’ve heard so much great reviews about it! This $4 plate of Hokkien mee is rather impressive! I totally love this because I love this kinda style, not too wet and soggy, and uses thin bee hoon instead of thick white bee hoon. As we stirred the Hokkien mee up after squeezing the lime, fragrance rose up the sky! Took a first bite and I totally fall in love with it! There’s an amazing fragrant wok taste and yet not too powering.. the fragrant wok gravy are all soaked into the noodles making it so tasty!! This will definitely goes up to my Favourite Fried Hokkien Mee list! Chilli is great and spicy too! Just need a bit and the spicy will linger in your tongue..
