It’s been Long since we have good Sambal stingray!They have 2 sizes, $10/$15. Despite us ordering a small one $10, portion is quite decent with pretty much flesh and very little bones. The meat is so soft and juicy, well absorbed of Sambal chilli! Sambal chilli is good, fragrant and not those super spicy ones which just numb your tongue, this is spicy but still ok to handle!
