It’s so hard to find homemade Satay because it’s too much work! Both chicken and pork Satay were great! Juicy, tender and very flavorful Satay meat! Also it’s BBQ so well such that it’s not overly BBQ (dry), nor too oily, timing and temp was perfectly timed! Peanut sauce was fantastic!
