This pipping hot chicken claypot has a distinct aroma of salted fish which makes it so mouth-watering!!! The rice was evenly cooked and drizzled with generous serving of dark Soya Sauce. The chicken serving was rather generous too and they were cut in chunks and not forgetting the good quality Chinese sausage! There were no bones in the chicken as well, so you can eat in peace!
