Ikura Japanese (Fook Hai). Located at 150 South Bridge Rd, Fook Hai building #01-14 Singapore 058727. Newly open Japanese restaurant couple months ago. A very cosy, 2 floor restaurant which serves set lunch menu and also Entertainer Promotion(1for1). They opens at 11.30pm to 2pm and 5.30pm onwards. Pick and choose 1 Main, 1 Side and a cup of refillable Green Tea (cold/hot) for just $9.90! A variety of 3 Mains & 4 sides to choose from. We had Tonkutsu Miso Ramen, Fried Gyoza (3pcs)? and a cup of hot Green Tea. Pipping hot bowl of ramen with seaweed, corn, half an egg and a few thin slices of pork. Soup was pretty good and not too salty. Ramen texture was good, not too hard nor soft. Pork was a little tad too thin.. Fried Gyoza was hot and crispy, full-filled with pork in it and a little of gravy which will burst right into your mouth once u bite on it.
