The Chef also cut out quite a big portion of Duck skin and meat(Juicy and Tender)! The correct way to eat Peking Duck. First bite, we dipped the Peking Duck skin with sugar.. subsequently we wrap the handmade flour crepe with Peking Duck skin, sauce, cucumber & roll it up before indulging into it!
