Fret not, newly open 𝐉𝐨𝐲 𝐋𝐮𝐜𝐤 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 in Ion Orchard is brought in by veteran TV producer Robert Chua, bringing together 3 brands’ signature items, Hoover Cake Shop, Kam Kee Café & Tak Hing Fish Ball Company! 1 box fits 4 egg tarts perfectly and we got a box of the cookie skin egg tart from Hoover as the pastry skin one was sold out! Hoover egg tart is very popular and well-known in Hong Kong, in fact it was Chow Yun-Fat’s and Liza Wang Ming-Chuen’s favourite. Fragrant and sweet crust on the outside, filled with creamy smooth egg custard, best eaten when it’s warm! Super yummy and satisfying egg tart!! Hadn’t had such a good one in a while!
