Canton Paradise. Located at Bedok Mall, #B2-10. Crisp Fried Eggplant with Pork Floss $8.80. This is a very unusual and unique dish! I first had it many many years back at a Coffeeshop and was so hooked to it! After it closes down, I’m unable to get this dish.. so I’m super excited when I sees this served at Canton Paradise! This is so freaking AWESOME! Eggplant is deep fried to crisp, crispy on the outside, soft in the inside and it’s not too oily and greasy too! Pork floss was then scattered over these eggplant which adds great flavours to it! Overall a very light dish which you can just pick and eat by itself!
