The 6ix Rosti – Prudential Marina Bay Carnival (nearer to MBS). We decided to try out the food stalls here and we are very impressed with this heavenly delicious, Cheesy Rosti with Bacon from The 6ix Rosti @the6ixsrosti They cost $5.90 each and do prepare to wait for about 5 mins as they cook it right on the spot. Super crispy burnt edges of Rosti, with cheese that melts into the Rosti and top with Bacon, sour cream is placed on the side. I’m usually not a sour cream fan but I’m totally in love with this! This Cheesy Rosti is definitely worth the calories!! It’s so so delicious, I personally prefers this more than Marchè!
