Ramen Nagi. Located at Suntec City Tower 2, North Wing, #01-512/513, S(038989). Award-winning Ramen, Ramen Nagi had arrived in Suntec City Tower II! I’m a spicy ramen fan lover so I decided to try their Red King (Akao) $15.90! You can customise everything from the richness of taste, special sauce, garlic, pork, vegetable, firmness of noodle n spicy level to your liking. I went with the Chef recommendation which is level 6 spiciness for Red King and soft firmness of noodle texture. It looks red and spicy but it’s not very spicy for me so I would go for another few more level of spiciness for my next visit!! ?? I’m not really a spring onion fan but I enjoyed their freshly cut spring onion in this ramen I also added a $2 Tamago ?to try.. it’s been so long since we last had a perfect ramen tamago with soft bouncy egg white and eggy flowy yolk! Yummms! The ramen came in a huge portion with generous ramen noodles (which I personally couldn’t finish).. it also comes with 2 big thinly sliced pork which melts in your mouth when you bites. I’m so so so in love with this Red King Ramen!!! It’s super awesome and addictive, you can’t stop once you start eating! The broth is just so flavourful with miso-infused Minced Pork!!
