This is one of their signature claypot dish and it’s definitely our favourite! We are a big fan of pork liver but it’s not easy to eat good ones out there as the texture and timing to cook are very crucial. Well seasoned and flavoured pork liver, fully infused with the fragrant dark sauce gravy! Texture is just perfect and we couldn’t stop eating piece after piece!
