Sambal gravy is super duper fragrant that goes so well with the coconut rice! It’s a little towards spicy but still manageable, it’s not to the extend that u will get chocked by the spiciness! Sotong is very soft, tender and fresh! It’s not chewy at all and we really enjoy every mouthful of it! Squeezing that lime into it brings out its flavours more.
