I must say, although we aren’t a shoyu ramen fan, we really find this amazing delicious and taste better than the Tonkotsu Fire Ramen. We highly recommend this Shoyu Fire Ramen as the chicken based broth is more flavourful with blends of Bonito & Mackerel flakes. Menbaka uses custom-made ramen with the perfect texture and it totally soaking the broth.
