He had open 2 outlets for the start and we visited the Foch Rd during lunchtime and was greeted with a long queue of at least 20 people in front . All the Pao Fan comes with few thin slices of bittergourd, clams and fried egg! The Mixed Seafood Soup Pao Fan is their Signature that comes with a mixed of everything, 2 huge fresh prawns, fried and sliced fish too! There’s also other options like just purely prawns, fried fish, sliced fish or clams if your prefer, each bowl cost $6. Seafood broth is very flavourful and comforting, with crispy rice for that extra crunch, super shiok!
