It’s the dry style of fried Hokkien mee fried till the noodles and thin bee hoon fully absorbed the pork and prawn broth! So it’s super smoky flavourful and has wok-hei taste to it! Honestly the $4 portion isn’t a lot, but it’s for the quality and fragrance of it.
