We get a little excited and happy whenever we sees Pandan cake shop or smells the fragrant aroma. 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐧 has been around for quite a few years, first open at Hong Lim Complex, then move to Chinatown Point and now they have their own standalone stop along South Bridge Rd, closer to Maxwell hawker. Their Classic Pure Pandan Chiffon cake is their Best Seller and it comes in 2 sizes, small for $10 & large for $16. Their small size isn’t the usual small size u see out there in bread shop, it’s definitely bigger and can cut into 6-8 huge pieces, good for 2-3 pax. Very authentic with super soft texture, it’s super fragrant as they uses 100% real Pandan juice! They also have alot of other flavours like Durian D24, Golden Citrus, Banana Walnut, Green Tea Honey & Soya Cranberry.
